JBL Tune 680NC Wireless Headphones Overview

The JBL Tune 680NC is a wireless on-ear headphone using 32mm drivers with a 20Hz-20kHz frequency response. JBL Pure Bass Sound tunes the driver output toward low-frequency audio reproduction. Spatial Sound is a JBL proprietary technology that expands the stereo soundstage during playback on any connected device. Hi-Res Audio playback is supported via the included USB-C to 3.5mm cable for wired listening at higher resolution. The JBL Tune 680NC has a foldable on-ear design with a lightweight padded headband and is available in Black.

Adaptive Noise Cancelling on the JBL Tune 680NC adjusts noise reduction automatically based on the surrounding environment. Smart Ambient modes include Ambient Aware, which allows environmental sound to pass through without removing the headphones, and TalkThru, which amplifies nearby voices during short conversations. Five microphones, including a 2-mic beamforming array, handle both call clarity and noise cancellation. The JBL Headphones app enables access to Personi-Fi 3.0 for personalised sound profile setup and EQ adjustment.

Battery life on the JBL Tune 680NC reaches a maximum of 76 hours with ANC and Bluetooth off, or up to 50 hours with both active. Talk time extends to a maximum of 45 hours. A 5-minute speed charge delivers 5 additional hours of playback, and a full recharge takes approximately 2 hours. Bluetooth 6.0 supports multi-point connection with two paired devices simultaneously and is compatible with Google Fast Pair and Microsoft Swift Pair for simplified initial pairing.
