At MDT, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. This policy outlines our shipping procedures and timelines.

Order Processing

All orders placed on weekdays (Monday–Friday) before 3:00 PM Malta time will be processed and handed over to our courier on the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends will be shipped on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations & Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

• Malta & Gozo: We provide complimentary shipping on all orders over €120. For orders under €120, a flat shipping fee of €5 will be applied.

• Worldwide: We ship to all major international markets. The shipping rates for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect it to arrive within the following timeframes:

• Within Malta & Gozo: 1–2 business days.

• EU Destinations: 3–5 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on local customs and courier schedules.

• Outside the EU: 5–10 business days. Shipments may be subject to delays due to customs procedures.

In-Store Collection

If you prefer, you can collect your order from our Msida showroom. Please select the in-store pickup option at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
