All orders placed Monday–Friday before 3 PM (Malta time) are picked, packed and handed to our courier the very same day. Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends will ship the next business day.

  • Within Malta & Gozo: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

  • EU Destinations: 3–5 business days, depending on local customs and courier schedules.

  • Outside EU: 5–10 business days (customs delays may apply).

We ship:

  • Free in Malta & Gozo on orders over €120 (flat €5 under €120).

  • Worldwide: All major markets. International rates apply at checkout.

All new electronics include a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. You can extend it by 1 or 2 more years at checkout for a small fee.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Just email sales@mdt.com.mt or use our online returns portal—once approved, send it back in its original packaging for a full refund or swap. We cover return shipping on defective items.

Yes! For orders of 10+ units or ongoing corporate supply contracts, we provide tiered discounts, dedicated account management and invoicing terms. Contact sales@mdt.com.mt with your requirements for a custom quote.

If a product shows as “Out of Stock,” you can join our notify list to get an email when it’s back. For upcoming releases (e.g. new smartphone launches), we open pre-orders—you’ll get guaranteed allocation on launch day.

Of course. At our Msida showroom we offer one-on-one demos of TVs, audio systems, laptops, and more. Book a slot online or drop in Mon–Fri 9–6. Consultations are free and without obligation.

We’re an e-waste collection point—bring any end-of-life gadgets to us and we’ll ensure they’re recycled according to EU directives. Small fee may apply for very large appliances.
